Chris Dean

Chris Dean joined the APC with a wealth of experience in various industries over the last 30 years. He began his career at Rover within manufacturing, before progressing into engineering and project management, delivering multiple projects including the MG ZR, and working in the sport and racing team to develop a carbon fibre sports car.

He then went onto Seven Trent Water, before moving into the defence industry at General Dynamics delivering Urgent Operation requirement (UOR) projects, developing and integrating communications solutions for the British Army, latterly developing Health Use Monitoring System (HUMS) for the UK training fleet.

Since leaving the defence industry in 2013, he has worked for SAIC & Ricardo with the last 5 years at hofer powertrain, working on a variety of projects including advance ICE engine development, commercial transmissions, high performance vehicle hydraulic control and transmission software control, as well as being the project lead for the APC9 KENTMERE project.
